At SeeGlass we inspect every porduct before shipping, but all products are made from spent bottles taken directly from Conrwall's hospitality industry, so very minor scratches of scuffs may be found. If you are unhappy in any way we can offer you a full-refund or direct like for like replacement. 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You have 14 days to start your return from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer free returns, so be sure to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items.

We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Items being returned must be in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused, and if possible, in the original packaging.

CURRENTLY WE ARE SHIPPING TO THE UK ONLY:  

Our aim is to process and dispatch orders within two days. Our delivery partner is the Royal Mail, which typically delivers within 48 hours (approximately 2 days). However, we kindly ask you to allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for your item to arrive. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer. Please note that during the holiday seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual, and delays are expected.

Orders over £100 qualify for FREE Delivery, while orders under £100 will incur a flat fee of £4.65.

Please note, for any delivery where a ‘Safe Space’ option has been chosen, we cannot be held responsible for any missing items. Any issues must be addressed directly with the courier.
